what we do

We don't use scientists to make our food, we use chefs, farmers and the best bred organic ingredients we can get. We prepare everything in the traditional way and cook only in small batches to make sure we get the best, lip-smacking flavour possible.

Of course it’s great to be able to cook for our own children, even better to encourage them to join in. But, let’s face it, they need three decent meals every single day and on top of two jobs, ballet, football and remembering to collect your youngest from nursery, there are times we could all use a hand.

That’s how Miniscoff got started. The thought of some tasty, home-cooked meals always at your fingertips – no hassle, no guilt, just happy, healthy kids.

our food

pointer disc one

100% organic ingredients.

pointer disc two

Premium cut meats from only the best British farms.

pointer disc three

Locally sourced wherever possible.

pointer disc four

All the love and attention you’d put in if you had made it yourself.

Big food companies tend to use great big machines that knock all the stuffing (and the goodness) out of their ingredients. At our Scoff Central kitchens we keep our batch sizes small and cook everything by hand, using chefs not machines.

At 250-270g each, our meals are bigger than many other ready meals and, according to lots of our customers, will often feed two small children (depending on age and appetite of course).

No preservatives, artificial additives, colourings, fillers, GMOs, sweeteners, reconstituted meats, unnecessary sugar or salt, traffic lights or cartwheels!

We like to source our ingredients from like minded people. People for instance who think food tasted best and had more goodness before we started mucking about with it. All our farmers, growers and producers have to adhere to the stringent demands of the Soil Association – the toughest organic accreditation in the UK (if not beyond).
